A name, location, or other detail entered in a search box is transmitted to the independent provider that operates that tool. Charles County Recent Arrests does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

If you email us or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
